Why does JibJab ask me to pay again when I have already paid?

If you have already paid for an account and are being asked to pay again, you likely have two accounts - a paid account, and a free account. You'll know you are accessing a free account if it says 'Upgrade' in the upper right.

Please log out and then log back in here using your paid account's email and your current password.
