What devices support Starring You® AI?

• As of now, Starring You® AI is only available for our iOS app (iPhone and iPad) and on the JibJab website (https://www.jibjab.com/ai-photos)

Is there a cost for creating Starring You® AI packs?

• Yes, to use Starring You® AI features, you must have a JibJab account subscribed to our paid services. A JibJab subscription gives you access to all JibJab products.

What type of photos should I upload?

• We recommend uploading photos with one single face since this will bring you the best results! We do not recommend using pictures with multiple people on them, since you will not be able to choose the face that is selected. The AI will automatically consider the biggest face, or the one closest to the center of the photo. However, don’t worry! You will always get a preview of the Starring You® AI generated image.

Can I use pictures of my pets?

• We’re sorry, at the moment Starring You® AI does not support pet faces.

Why do I keep getting an “Uh oh! Please select another face.” error?

• Starring You® AI will automatically detect the face on the picture you are trying to upload to generate a pack of 8 images, however, if the Starring You® AI is not able to detect any human faces - Maybe there’s a pet in your picture? Are you using a picture where you’re wearing sunglasses or a hat? - you will get an error message. We recommend trying with a different picture.

How many images do I get each time I generate a Starring You® AI pack?

• You will get 8 randomly generated images each time you generate a pack.

Do I get the same images every time I generate a Starring You® AI pack?

• We randomly choose 8 images each time a Starring You® AI pack is generated, each pack is unique!

How many times can I generate a Starring You® AI pack?

• Currently we have no limits to the number of times you can generate Starring You® AI packs!

Where can I share my Starring You® AI generated images?

• You can share these images with your friends and family, and on your social media to your heart’s content!
