The Invite may have been sent to your friend's Spam or junk folder, so we suggest asking them to check there first.

If there is no email in their spam folder, please send the URL for your Invite to the recipient directly! Here’s how: 

Go to “My Invites” and click “Manage Event” next to the Event you want to edit.

In the Manage Event screen click “Edit Event and Guest List” next to your Invite thumbnail:

On the next screen click “Edit Guests” and then click “Share Invite via link” and then click on the blue "Copy Invite Link" button

Then, log in to your personal email account. Open up a new email (compose), enter recipient’s email and subject. Right click to ‘paste’ the link into the body of the email.

Now, enter any message you would like and click ‘send’ to send the email. When your recipient clicks on the link, they will be able to view the eCard.

You can also use this method to share the link to your Invite via your favorite messaging app (Whatsapp, iMessage, Facebook Messenger etc) or even via text.
