Unfortunately, you cannot edit the shape or mouth of a face you've already uploaded and saved. However, you can always upload a new face using the same photo.

Create a new face on our website:

1. Click the "Menu" button on the top right corner of the website
2. Select "People" from the drop down menu to see all of your existing faces and People. 
3. Click Add Face ( + ) button to add a new face. 
4. Click on the upload option you wish to use. You can upload a photo from your computer, take one with your webcam, or select one from your linked Facebook account.

Edit your new face: 

We will do our best to identify all of the faces in your photo! If we've missed the mark, here's how you can edit the face(s) you wish to adjust:

1. On the face preview page, click on the face to edit it.
2. Click and drag the photo to adjust its position in our face template. Click and drag the "Scale" and "Rotate" sliders to adjust the size and rotation of the face in your picture. If you're on a mobile device or tablet you will need to use two fingers to "pinch" and rotate the photo.
3. When you’re finished click 'Next.'
4. Now you can edit the Jaw Lines on your photo. Drag the edit points to adjust the size, shape and location of the mouth. For best results, follow the guide photo on our website.
5. When you’re finished, click "Next".

You can repeat this process with all of the faces we detected in the photo! If we don't detect any faces, you will be taken directly to the editing window, where you can manually create a face.

Create a new face in the JibJab mobile app: 

1. Open the JibJab mobile app
2. Tap the "active" face in the bottom center of the app home screen
3. Tap the Add Face ( + ) button to add a new face. 
4. You will be taken to the "Selfie" screen where you can take a new photo. To access your existing photo library, tap the Library icon (two overlapping squares) to the left of the camera button. 

Edit your new face: 

We will do our best to identify all of the faces in your photo! If we've missed the mark, here's how you can edit the face(s) you wish to adjust:

1. On the face preview page, click on the face to edit it.
2. Use one finger to drag the face into the face shape. Use two fingers to "pinch" and rotate the face or adjust the size of the face.
3. When you’re finished click the checkmark. 

Create or Assign a Person (website and app)

Once your new face is complete, you will have the option to save the face as a new Person or add the face to an existing Person. You can skip these steps by clicking the "Save Face Only" link.

If you choose to create a new Person, you will be asked to name the Person so you can organize your faces more easily. 

You also have the option to add more details, like your relationship to this person, their birthday or your shared anniversary. These details are optional and can be skipped by clicking or tapping the "skip" link.
