If your video takes a long time to load, or you're stuck with a spinning "load" icon, it may be an issue with your browser.
We have found that Ad Blockers can disrupt the JibJab service. Usually disabling your ad blockers for JibJab will resolve this issue.
If you're still having issues loading the card after your ad blockers are disabled, you can try clearing your cache/cookies or updating and restarting your browser.
As a last resort, you can try opening JibJab from a different browser. We support Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.
