After you send an Ecard from our site, you will receive an email confirmation that the card has been sent.
You can check the status of your Ecards from the "My Ecard" page on our website. Click ‘Track This Ecard’ beside the to see who you've sent that card to and the status of your Ecard.
If a scheduled Ecard has not yet been sent, you can click the "cancel" link to cancel the scheduled delivery. You can then reschedule the card using the "Share" option.
Ecards that have been sent to the recipient successfully will be noted as ‘sent.’ You can ‘resend’ sent Ecards using the ‘resend’ button.
Another way to monitor your Ecard's status is to enter your own email address as a recipient. That way you can verify that the emails are being sent. You can then forward the emails to your recipients. Be sure to double-check your Spam and Junk folders, as sometimes our emails will be marked as spam by your email provider. To prevent this you can add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book or whitelist!
