If you have had your Membership for less than 30 days, and are not entirely satisfied by it, you may cancel it for a full refund. To cancel your Membership and request a refund, please call us at 509.420.9759. 

Make sure to mention in your voicemail that you are requesting a refund.

If you would like to cancel your Membership auto renewal, so that your Membership will expire on the end date and you will not be charged again, you can do so by emailing us at cxlautorenew(at)jibjab.net.

Make sure to include in your email the following information:

·         email address your JibJab Membership is under

·         full name on the credit card used

·         date you purchased Membership

We will send you a confirmation email once your auto-renewal has been canceled.

Once you have canceled your auto-renewal, your Membership will expire on the end date and your account will not be charged again.
