If your order status says "FULLY SHIPPED', it just means that your items have all been placed in to shipping; it does not mean that it's been received by you. Once placed in shipping, items will then take some time to get to you, as detailed here:

In addition, please note that all items are shipped seperately, so if you order multiple items, they will all arrive seperately, often on different days.
