Since there is no cost to have have a JibJab account, there's no real reason to cancel the account. We've found that when most people want to cancel, they simply don't want to receive any more emails from us.

If this is the case, you can do the following to stop our emails:

• Click on 'My Account' in the upper right hand corner of any page
• Click on 'My Info' tab
• Click on 'Newsletter Preference
  
• Uncheck the box in the 'Newletter Preference' section
  
• Click the green 'Update Newsletter Preferences' button

However, if you still want to cancel your free account, please just send us the request via the 'Contact Us' form here in the 'Help' section.
