To get your video download on an iPod or iPhone you will first need to convert the file to a format that will work on your iPod or iPhone. Here’s how:

1. Download the appropriate -- Windows or Mac -- free “MPEG Streamclip” software here: http://www.squared5.com/ 

2. Find the “MPEG_Streamclip” file that was just downloaded and open it

3. Open the file “MPEG_Streamclip.exe”

4. In the MPEG Streamclip software, click ‘File’ > ‘Open Files’ and then find and select the downloaded JibJab video file you want to convert (it will have an .mp4 at the end of it)

5. Click ‘File’ > ‘Export to MPEG-4’

6. On the ‘Exporter’ screen that pops up, leave all settings unchanged and click the ‘Make MP4’ button at the bottom right

7. Choose where on your computer you want the converted file to go, enter a new ‘File name’ (leaving the .mp4 at the end) and then click the ‘Save’ button

8. The video will then go through the conversion process

When the video has been converted, you will then need to move it in to your iTunes:

1. Open iTunes
2. Click ‘File’ > ‘Add File to Library’, find and select the converted .mp4 video file and then click the ‘Open’ button
3. Your video will then be added and you can find it in the ‘Movies’ section in your ‘Library’
